Ready for the expansion of the terminal at GYE/SEGU Airport

It is expected that the new area of the airport be operational in July 2014. The Mayor added that the users will no pay more taxes for the improvements.
The work at the airport, which cost U.S. $ 11.9 million, including the supervision by TAGSA, who hired national and international companies with experience in building air terminals as Tena and ecological airport in the Galapagos Islands, to lift the new area that will be operational in July 2014.
The building will have three new passenger boarding bridges, two new lifts, security control, new wineries on the ground floor and offices for airline operations.
